Worst service at Renault northcliff jhb

Worst service in the entire world I am so disappointed with this dealership and they don’t really care what happens to you as a customer after you have left the dealership with the car , this is not even the first complaint , and it has everything to do with the service , at this point I have had enough , last time i took my car for service they treated me like an idiot , i had to be late to work because of them , no service at as done on that car to me it feels like it was just washed then return to customer and then call me to say there is things need to be fixed that my service plan doesn’t cover , and it’s always the case, the things that the service plan actually covers they don’t do at all, this time around it’s even worse, my kiger start shaking when i get to 100/120km and when i asked if they can fix that they told me i have to wait for a major service but now do i have to drive a car that i see is not safe coz I’m waiting for a major service ? Ever since i started servicing my car has there been one ? Coz there has never been a change , they changed my boot cover and put a very small one that i think belongs to a kwid if im not mistaken, why would you do that ? Now im wondering how many things were changed in my car ? They called me on the day of the service to say there is a chip in my window screen i will have to pay R350 to my surprise when i found out from my insurer that it’s a micro thing and doesn’t even get to R50 to fix it and nothing major , this dealership is the worst and most stressful, when they want money they call non stop, i had to follow up to find out if they are done with the servicing of the car coz they were quiet until past 4pm , even last time I complained they said they will get back to me until this day no one followed up on my complaint and it’s been more than 3 months and this recent one really makes me angry i hate this dealership i regret buying my car , the car taken for service was my Renault kiger 2022 , my name is Lisa Sibanda please fix this asap
