Worst service

From the day i bought my car in 2015 i have had bad experiences with renault. The car is fine but the after sales service is the worst. Always passing the buck, as my car is beginning to rust but no one has taken us seriously and my car was in for service last week and they moved my drivers seat and wedged metal in the the seat rack and i was unable to move the seat i had to pay privately to have this fixed at my own cost and my wheel alignment was done as well at the time of the service and the steering wheel is shuddering, when the dealership called me to ask if im happy with the service i said no and they advised me the service Manager would call me to sort , to date no one has phoned me ( im not at all surprised at this as we are talking about renault here) if i was by the means i would pay up my car and then have it serviced privately. Pathetic service as my car drives now like its 20 yrs old instead of 2 yrs old and the day before the service everything was fine no shuddering and a pleasure to drive.
