WORST RENAULT IN THE COUNTRY - NORTHCLIFF!

Never have I ever struggled so much to get money from a dealership! I handed in my car on Monday for a trade in, they gave great service up to the moment they had all the contracts signed for our new car...then the consultant Lesli ignored us further. My husband went to speak to the GM and still no results.

WORST AFTER SALES SERVICE EVER!!!!!! It is a lot of money they owe us - it has been 5 days with excuses and their customer care is of no use at all.

I want my money today!
