Worst Renault Garage for Car Service

The worst garage for car service. I booked a car for service with Renault Springs on the 3rd of January 2025. I was advised to bring the car early Wednesday the 8th and no notification was sent. I arrived there on the 8th and they told me to come next week Tuesday. I told them that I had already made a booking for today. They then said, they have a cancelation and will assist me. Dropped me in the morning. No communication during the day until 13 pm. I had to ubber there since they dropped me at the nearest mall and was sitting there for more than 45 minutes waiting for pick up. No communication, until I phoned them again. They said they will confirm with the driver and 10 minutes passed without any feedback. I had to call them again for follow up.
