Worst ****py service and worst service manager

The worst service ever at Renault Centurion. I’ve been servicing my car with Renault Centurion since 2014 until today.The worst service manager Kobus Brouwer, he is mean and sarcastic and big- headed, not owning up to their mistakes that they did. He had nerve to tell me that I can take my car and go if I die it’s not their problem yet they failed to check my car since January 2019 after service. I went back on March to check the breaks and I was told it’s dust my breaks are fine.I’ve been complaining about my breaks since January, their mechanic also confirmed that my breaks are not fine. I’ve just learned Renault doesn’t care about there client at all, to be told that you can take your car and go to Renault SA. I’m so done with this ****** ****en brand.
