WORST POSSIBLE SERVICE EVER!!

If you want your vehicle to only last for the first 60,000 kilometers,Renault will be the vehicle for you!

2 weeks ago my Turbo just gave in while driving,I've called Renault and they told me they wil come and pick up my vehicle to assist and after the assessments I can Trade in my vehicle for a new Renault Kiger.I was happy with that.The next day I've called Renault Clearwater and they said they can't help me I need to tow my vehicle to them but they can't promise me anything!

After that I got hold of Susan at Clearwater she promised me to assist me,but I must keep sosial media out of this.

Every day for the last week I call Susan at Clearwater and they say she is not available and she will call me back...NOTHING BUT EMPTY PROMISES!

My Renault Captur have 60,000 on the clock and my Turbo broke and Renault can't even bother to see where they can help me!

If I was ever thinking in of trading in my Captur for a Kiger,I will never!

I myself works for a Insurance company and deals with many clients that buy new vehicles every day..Every Client that buy a Renault will definitely be aware or the after service before they buy a Renault.

I am extremely disappointed in Renault Clearwater and Renault South Africa.

This is my second brand new Renault that I bought and if If if wasn't for this terrible service i promised that I will stay A Renault fan
