Worst invetsment I have ever made!

I have added 1 star only because the system accepts nothing else. Honestly, I would give 0 stars. Purchased a brand new Renault Kiger CVT in December 2022. Within a few weeks of driving, I noticed that the braking system was an issue. I took the vehicle in to be checked early January 2023, and by 01 February 2023, the car was already booked in with the service department to investigate. Each Time I was advised that there is no issues. The brakes are perfectly in order and they have cleaned them. The vehicle continued to make loud screeching noises whenever I app**** brakes, and also could feel friction when braking. Almost as if it was metal on metal. I do not know how to describe it in technical terms, other than s****ing when applying brakes. I was then told it is the compound of the brakepads used, and this is standard. I took the car back 3 times to Renault to attend to the braking system as well as to investigate a shudder that exists when the car is idling. The dealership advised on the last appointment that brakes were replaced , and I paid for wheel alignment and balancing to try and assist with the shudder. To date, there is no improvement on this car. The braking system continues to be an issue. Noisier than ever, friction once more. Again, the s****ing as if it is metal on metal. I have complained through Renault SA, the dealership, MIOSA. I have gone as far as to record the sound of the vehicle when braking. I have yet to have any response, solution or willingness to assist. I was told I can bring the vehicle in again, however any adjustments and repairs will be for my account. I refuse to be liable for this when this is an 8 month old car! There is little wear and tear as I drive the vehicle only every second week. I am astounded by the attitude of the dealership, as well as Renault SA, when the reviews clearly prove that this is a reoccurring issue regarding the brakes! Yet they continue to have no admission of guilt or acknowledgement of responsibility. I need something to be done. I cannot pay for a brand new vehicle, that does not drive as one!
