worst experience ever, i am actually disgusted

I bought a used Renault Clio at Cnr Jack and Refinery, Germiston, 1401 at Nissan McCarthy Germiston on the 11/07/2018. When i got the car there were some scratches, the sales consultant said , when i bring the car for Service they will sort out the scratches when i bring in the car for Service. On the 03/09/2018 i took the car in for service still those scratches were not sorted out. How does an approved dealer like McCarthy Nissan Germiston , a big dealership like them sell a car without checking for such things , when the car was traded in was not that car properly checked before reselling it.

Another issue - i have received traffic fine tickets dated the 06/08/2018 and 02/08/2018 for the car that i traded in with McCarthy Nissan Germiston on the 11/07/2018. Why was the ownership not changed. This make me wonder what type of business are they running. I am just going to let my friends and family not to buy any used car at McCarthy Nissan Germiston .
