Worst experience EVER!!

I have had the absolute worst experience with Renault. I got my first car with them. Sales person was selling dreams as they should. After everything was finalized and I got my car. I never heard from him again, I would phone, he never answers, waited weeks for my number plate. When we do get through to him, it was always excuses. On our service plan...it was even worse...I would take my car in and explain to them what is wrong...when I get my car back...they didn't even check what I asked them. Please take note we got the car "new" within the first 2 years...gear box had to be replaced. They should also he able to notice when your breakpads need to be replace but nope didn't happen. A service doesn't mean thorough inspection , it is simply to get done. I am did not study a trade to be a mechanic , the fact that your team didn't notice it, is worrying. Didnt even get assistance to take me somwhere . I couldnt get a car to assist whilst they had mine , no effort was done. We get a call a week later we can come get my car and guess what ? They phoned the wrong customer, are ypu f****** kidding me ? When we do phone you don't answer , when we dont phone you phone just to make this **** experience worst.When we do get to the ladies that deal with the services....even more ***********, we complained and phone and she said she would call us back but no. Never heard from her again. To this day...not once has Renault do a check up on customers after receiving their car, not once was feedback asked for. It has been an absolute nightmare and the fact that I can't just give the car back and go to a decent dealership really annoys me. This was my first car and your team can ensure that I have had the worst first impression on what it is to have your first car and the experience that comes with it. If I had known, I would have never ever gotten a Renault ! Not because it's a bad car but because of the experience I have had . I've been contemplating whether I should write the review but your Nelspruit Team has really impacted my want for the car in the nost negative way.
