worst choice ever made

so where do I start.shopped around for a vehicle for my wife 2016.went to a few dealers..but the Renault clio 4 caught her eye.with its sassy looks stunning colours.this was it she took it.brand spanking new.3kms on clock 3ooo kms later as and oil warning comes on.checked it out.dip stick bone dry. two pints.and of to renault.they topped up .of we went..2000km later same same story..now they doing checks. no oil leaks etc..1000 kms down the line.and the oil.level dropping.vehicle back for further checks.tests. decision is made.engine replacement.. rather satisfied a month later all is good..I'm sure by now christiaan.service advisor renault tokai.is tired of all my moaning.BUT HEY the customer is always rite.fast forward and I go to do liscencing on the vehicle. a few months later only to be told sorry.contact your dealer. they didnt do propper registration.with regards to new engine.again had to wait a few days to be sorted ..a few months pass and while driving 3 weeks ago.the aircon starts blowing hot air.thinking it's the gas popped in by a refill centre only to be told no sir it's not gas def your pump. made an appointment with renault they done tests only to confirm that' it is the air con pump.they let me wait a week to confirm that they going to replace it.knowing full well that it's still under warranty and they can order..now only to be told to wait for there call when unit arrives ..fingers crossed in the near future. this was probably the worst car manufacturer I've ever come across..and one thing for sure.this vehicle I wont be keeping for to long.and will never ever advise my wife or anyone else to choose renault again clint Petersen
