Worst after-sales service ever experienced with a car dealership

As a start, one star is the minimum rating allowed, yet, I feel it's still too high...

I purchased a new vehicle at this dealership late March, by trading in my current vehicle. The deal went reasonally smooth. I collected the new vehicle and left the old one there, as I did with all previous purchases.

On 6 June, I received a traffic fine for the old vehicle with the infringement date as 30 April. I contact the dealership, and, due to the fact that Wimpy Snyman(sales manager) was not available at the time, I was directed to Nadia Kruger in the sales department. She requested the information to be e-mailed to her, as to enable her to arrange payment. E-mail was sent, as requested.

I received another fine the following day, for an infridgement dated 1 May. Another mail was sent to Nadia, I received acknowledgement thereof. I sent a follow-up mail on the 13th, received feedback that they're attending to it. A few phone calls later and a mail on the 29th of June, advising them that I'll take the matter up with Renault SA. I was told that it's not Renault's fault that the second-hand department failed to transfer ownership, and requested I don't bad-mouth Renault. I called the dealership, spoke to Wimpy Snyman , advised him that both fines were in the "final notice" status, and that I'm on leave as of 1 July and will do some travelling, and would not want to end up with trouble, should I be pulled over in a roadblock. I was assured that Swannie (PJD Jacobs) will contact me and forward me the proof of payments. At this stage, various parties were copied on the mails. Needless to say: nothing was done. I contacted Wimpy again on 12 July, now back from leave, stating my intent to go public, and got the idea that he was not all too concerned about it
While the sale was in process, I received near world-class service. As soon as ownership occurred and they received their payment, all after-sales service went out the window
I would certainly NOT purchase a Renault again, as after-sales service is far more important than free coffe while the deal is done
Really sad that it had to come to this point, but
