Worse Service

Renault had a holiday special service check up, took my car for the check up and they advised everything is ok after advising about the noise coming from the car. Driving to Durban, the noise started and other things started occurring. Called the dealership and everything was denyed and they didn’t ok anything in terms of safety. The lady who does the follow up calls after the service was advised that the problem was still occurring and apparently the dealership didn’t know about it.

I’m carless and Renault Midrand didn’t help with anything but point fingers to each other internally!!!
