Window Almost more than a month -no delivery

I am disgusted to say the least about Renault South Africa. Why would a mere window take more than a month. I have been waiting for more than a month, now I am told I must wait for more than two weeks, how insane. Why is Renault not keeping stock of windows in SA and why would you go to France to fetch one window. People warned me about Renault, imagine if this was a part I would be car less for more than a month. With this much crime in SA I am driving around with a car that has a plastic window, meaning my safety is compromised and Renault does not care.
