Why does It Take 3 months to repair a car after a MINOR collision and Insurance was Purchased with the car??

Hi I have no idea Who to contact at this point. Can someone please tell me why my 55 year old mother is sitting without a car for more than 3 months now after a minor collision with her BRAND new Renault Kwid and the dealer made her pay for insurance? she is getting the run around from the broker, the mechanic and Renault Boksburg. This is not fair. the car was bought new only last year. I tried to call the contact center and they gave me the runaround as well. WHO DO I CONTACT to get this resolved?
