Who is fitting the bill and sorting this out!

Another week gone after promises and still no feedback or no licence, this is now unacceptable and I am actually very angry, the service from you is non existent?

Are u going to compensate for this awful experience I am having from Renault?

For all this inconvenience I would expect you would at least pay for my mirror shell to be sprayed. I haven't even had feedback from Alistair regarding the shell I paid for in full! Renault must fit the bill for spraying the shell. Clearly your parts are not of quality as you say if my mirror was so damaged!

Secondly the noise coming from my windows and the vents is annoying and also this subject has also been pushed aside.

I am going to head office if this is not sorted!
