Where does Renault Kwid parts comes from ?????

Good day i Have a 2018 Renault Kwid - Had an accident 28th February 2021- My car ever since with panel Beaters until today 12th April 2021 - Still awaiting parts. Where are this parts coming from Mars? I am really struggling with Transport.
