What must happens when a certified dealer installs wrongs parts on your car

I am beyond annoyed. I really don't understand things that are not done properly.

In November I took my car in to be fitted with new break-pads. Beg of January I could hear sound from the break-pads and thought no cannot be. The sound got clearer as the weeks progressed. Eventually last week Friday I took my car back to the Renault Centurion dealer in where I had them fitted ( against my choice considering that their service sucks but they had fitted them) so they could check. Dropped the car off in the am around 2pm after not hearing a word from them I called and they told me they are very busy and haven't had a chance to look at the car and the foreman is on lunch. Told them that's fine I am coming to get my car since I need to leave now.

At 2:45pm when I got there they told me they have had a chance to look at my car since we last spoke and there is absolutely nothing wrong all is fine. The noise is normal because of the new compound that is used in the break pads now. I said to the guy show me the pics cause normally you would take pictures he told me they don't do that. At the end after their rude behavior failing to answer my questions I eventually left.

I booked my car with another dealership to get a second opinion. Because there is no way they could have done a proper check in the time of my call to them and my arrival. Today I took my car in to Renault Clearwater and guess what the wrong break pads were fitted on my car and that is what is causing the noise. The wrong break pads fitted is resulting in there being a damage on my disks. What must happen now who is meant to fix this cause both is ruined now. The more I drive the more damage it makes on my break pads and discs. I am scared of driving my own car. How does such happen Renault South Africa is this the kind of service that is offered to customers?

I called Head Office Monday till today no one has attended or given me any form of feedback regarding the complaint I put against Renault Centurion. I am honestly disappointed in Renault South Africa. How am I going to drive this car moving forth ngampela

So today I called their Renault South Aftrica customer complaint again mind you I have already contacted them on Monday and I had to be the one that is calling them to get feedback on my complaint. from where i am it is evident that Renault doesnt give much about good coustomer care. The representative I spoke to this morning was not so helpful either couldn't even give me a turn around time to my issue. I am just expected to continue driving this car? Never mind that it is a safety hazard for me and my son? Does Renault even understand the repercussions of driving a car with no break-pads??? wow wow wow
