We bought a part from Renault Vereeniging for my sons vehicle

We bought a part from Renault Vereeniging for my sons vehicle. We had to pay R1500 upfront and where told we had to wait 5 weeks for the part. After 5 weeks we had to contact them to hear if the part was there. Only then they told is Renault no longer manufacture the part. We are waiting 2 weeks for the refund and each time they have stories The salesperson is Johan Roux contact and refunds person is Nicolene Soer
