We bought a car in May even today we don't have a spare key and service documents, a salesman that we dealt with his name is Storm, keep promising us even now(30/10/2017) we haven't got the spare key and service papers while we took a delivery of this car on the 22/05/2017, tried to call Renault SA on ***choose opt 1 but I hold for 17 min. This is a poor service on the highest level, even tried to call AMH on ********** 000 spoke with Kgaugelo sent to on Renault SA contact center of which they don't even answer they phone.
