Water coming in from the dashboard into the car

I bought a car last March that car is fine but had faults. Fine when I reach 15k I took it in for service then they picked up the fault on the hand brake. It was raining so I noticed that the is water coming inside the car from the dashboard. Then I told them that the is water coming out from the dashboard. When I went to pick up the car I was told it was fixed the was a blockage. I then took the car for the past 2 day I had parked my car outside at work & it was raining heavy. Now the water comes in from the passages side & the driver side it a pool. The car is smelling & the water is there still. I even took pictures of the water that's in the car.
