Wasted 3 days of my time off work to get a car

I requested the the dealership assist me with a private car deal. The dealership manager said no problem but it would cost me R10000 and all off the on the road costs. He then promised me after pleading with him that he could include all the costs including on the road into the 10000. The next morning when i arrived at the dealer.i was told that no i have to pay the 10000. And the on the road cost. Then for 2 days now i had to sit at the dealer who obviously had no clue what he was doing because he didnt k ow any of the processes or what to send the bank.i had to send all of the files to the bank from pictures that i took of the documents because they could scan and send it to the bank.whats even worse is that i had pre approved finance and still i have no vehicle. They refused to give me the vehicle because their master of oaths went home and they couldnt send the certified copy of my id through to the bank.even though they already have a release note from the bank. I got dropped off at the dealership.sold my car and got insurance and everything in order beceause i was promised i would get the vehicle today. Now i was stranded at the dealership without transport and had to go to work. Now im in trouble at work because i cant work tonight and have taken 2 days off to sit at the dealership and do their work for them i spite of the R13500 i had to pay.i wil never im my life ever support this dealership again and avise any one to rather go to an alternative dealership
