was taken advantage because I am women and I am black

This was the first time buying a car i was taken for a ride ,do not get me wrong I love my car that I got but the sales person took me for a ride. first of all the car he sold me the license disk was expiring in a weeks time,I still have not received my spare key to the car,the slot where you put in a seat belt has never worked I am so disappointed at the service I received from Renault in Clearwater Mall, when u buy a car form the dealer you expect it to be perfect for the money I pay for it,the least they could have done was to renew the license disk before selling me the car,repaired the slot for seat belt and I did advise the sales person but to no success all because I am a black female
