Warranty... what warranty??.... Renualt fails to keep its promise

I recently had my warranty claim denied for reasons that shock absorbers that fail after 14 months (23,500km) on my new Renault Megane GT-Line is a "wear & tear issue" I find this unacceptable VIN NUMBER: VF1RFB***

Furthermore i was never given a warranty booklet when i bought the car out the box so im unable to read where this faulty equipment is not the manufacturers responsibility. I shall be writing a letter to the car magazine editor *** airing my grievance to their wider audience of potential Renault customers.
