warranty plan and service

My Wife owns a Kwid AMT The car we bought last year we have so many problems with the car . its the third time the battery dies cause there is no alarm going off when you have the lights on as you exit the car . the car has a 5 year warranty and today she had to pay 450 to jump start the car cause the guys say its finish for the year .the warrenty will only carry on next year .I feel they can take the car back and i think i can better besiness elsewhere where i can have a prepare car for the same price and have a better warranty and i think the problem is they don't worry after you bought the product cause everything on the whole deal suck i feel they can at least tell a person about the cons plus i'm paying for the warranty and i expect a service from them and not to pay in . i feel there client tell suck. this is unacceptable of Renault that we have to pay in and the car is still under warranty
