Warranty Dispute

My Son has a Clio 2. Sport which has been serviced at Renault Dealerships (Mainly Renault East Rand). The car broke down over 6 weeks ago due to a snapped timing belt (so I am told). The car was in warranty when it was delivered to Renault East Rand & now they say it is out of warranty & he must pay. *** is this Renaulyt SA. We have had no less that 5 Renaults in our household over the last 10 years. Not to mention the known fault on Laguna 1.9Dci turbos that fail , now this. IT WAS UNER WARRANTY when taken back to Renault / I might add that the only people who have ever servied this vehicle are Renault Dealers. So my questionis - who the F%^%k do Renault SA think they are getting 1 over here. Their shoddy workmanship is to blame & now he sits with a huge repair bill & Renault wipe their **** of the issue. Sorry for you Renault I will take this further. Your cars are OK , Your after sales suck, your service centres suck & your response from the service centres are close to non existent. A response would be welcome. I will never buy or recommend a Renault vehicle to anyone ever again & yes I am ****ed off wouldnt you be.
