Warranty - claimed declined unfairly

My car is 4 years old and at 90,000kms.

The accelerator cable broke on Friday 20 February 2015 while I was driving. Renault Hatfield replaced the cable and lodged a claim with Renault (Liquid Capital) as the car was still under warranty. The claim was successfully honored.

I realized the TDC sensor that was replaced on 11 February 2015 should have also been covered by warranty. I called Renault Fountains to enquire on the reasons I was charged for the replacement.

Just now, Arnette called me and told me the claim submitted to Liquid Capital was declined due to incomplete service history. But I have taken my car for service each interval on time and never missed. When I explained this to her she hung up on me.

I guess Renault Fountains checked the service book and assumed it was incomplete without checking on the Renault system.

Hatfield had assured me that it was only important that I kept the invoice which I have.

Please resolve this issue and reimburse me accordingly.
Thanks
