Warranty Claim

I sent my car in to complain about my side mirrors having bald spots where the paint is fading.

The examined it, and said its a warranty claim and they sent the application through to Renault SA.

My KWID is under 2 years old and even before reaching a year the side mirrors paint was fading weirdly.

After hounding and hounding after 4 weeks of silence, they tell me the claim was denied because it's not a product fault. How is it not a product fault or my fault!!! This car is well taken care, and covered constantly. They say its external factors; LIKE WHAT???

This is pitiful, a warranty is supposed to be there should there be any issues with your vehicle. I didn't cause this issue!! Their argument makes no sense and its ridiculous.
