Waiting for rear window screen for 3 weeks
After my rear window broke, only then did I realize that all the Renault dealerships do not have stock and they should order from France. The gentleman promised the window will be here in 14 days. This time has passed and feedback has been provided. Calling the branch is a pain because you will be put through, you will either listen to music until you hang or someone will promise to call you back but never will.

Word of advise, Renault is not the most reliable since, waiting for 3 weeks after paying R5k is not impressive. Hoping to get feedback on the poor service provided by the dealer and more importantly, get the rear windscreen.
