Waiting for parts indefinitely

My car has been awaiting parts from Renault since 13 November 2015. That's a full 2 and a half months without my car and that's just shocking.<br> <br> Given that insurance car rental only lasts a month, this poor service from Renault is officially a R7000 a month car rental problem in my life. Owning a Renault has just about reduced me to indentured servitude at this point. <br> <br> I love the brand
