Waiting for part of settlement amount for 3months

I bought my car from Renault Paarl in January.<br> <br> As part of the agreed settlement amount I was to get an amount of more than R7000 in cash after settling the finance of my trade in car<br> <br> After almost 3months of numerous ( almost daily) emails and phone calls I am still waiting for my rightful money. I receive numerous excuses and lies. I also incur expenses for calling the dealership<br> <br> I have all my email correspondence and I am at a point to take matters further<br> <br> This dealership lost all its credibility. I have only had problems the last 3months <br> <br>
