WAIT A YEAR 4 WARRANTY PARTS-Car only 1.5 yrs old!

After only four months of owing my Renautl Sandero Stepway, BOTH sun visors peeled off like putty (clearly faulty plastic that melted in the sun). <br> <br> This was in FEBRUARY 2014.<br> <br> I STILL do not have my new sun visors. I have *not* had them for almost the entire life of my car.<br> <br> IM STILL WAITING.<br> <br> In about November last year they FINALLY called me to tell me my VISOR had arrived. Keyword here: ONE VISOR. They ***********ly ordered ONLY ONE, and it was the PASSENGER SIDE! And to top it off, it was not even an appropriate replacement (old visor had a vanity mirror, the replacement did not. Understandably, I rejected the replacement part.)<br> <br> It is now APRIL 2015. I am STILL waiting. After calling too many times to count, Renault consistently PASSES THE BUCK and refuses to FIX MY PROBLEM. All I get is \we'll'' see what we can do". Then excuses. Then more excuses.<br> <br> ON WHAT PLANET IS THIS ACCEPTABLE???<br> ON WHAT PLANET DOES IT TAKE OVER A YEAR TO GET REPLACEMENT WARRANTY PARTS???<br> IT\""S JUST SUN-VISORS FOR &*%$ SAKES!<br> <br> My car is ONLY 1.3 years old.<br> have not had sun visors for over a year of that"
