Violation of my right as a female

I had the most horrible experience with Renault Fourways. I took my car to them for repairs and paid almost R14 000. less than 15 minutes of driving off from their premises, the car wasn't ok. Gave them a call and they said I should bring it back. I took it back and they claim to have checked it, unfortunately the car was still not ok. I sent it back for the second time and they stayed with the car for about a week. I asked for paper work of what they did and safety checks and tests they did to the vehicle, and the refused to send it to. in less then 2 month, I got stuck in the free way with the car......fast forward, they assured me that they will fix the car, and now they changed their mind... My car is with them and they are saying it will cost them more to fix it. My daughter got ****** because we are now using public transport and my car still with them.... They are taking advantage of the fact that I am a woman. I need help......
