I came into the product from another product, and allways had the word of mouth of how bad it is.

I would like to say in my experience that it is not bad at all. The systems run smoothly. The systems are user friendly. The support is good.

The only bad thing is the time waiting for parts but it is understanding as it is comming from France. I would not likely move away from the product.
