VERY POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE!!!

Very sad to sell there vehicles on our used floors. No feedback. Seems like there after sales service is just a no go. Awaiting already 4 weeks to repair a starter. I reported it to Lucy from customer service on 08 October but still. No one gets back.

We sold the vehicle but now standing with red faces. Not ever offering a courtesy vehicle. Unbelievable.
