Very disgusted in Renault Paarden Eiland

My car has been booked Into Renault Paarden Eiland since 18 June till current because of an engine light. I have been battling for updates. Just heard today that the engine testing was sent to France for testing and they cannot give me an ETA. It's been 3 weeks. Prior to this it went in for the same thing, it was there for 5 days. Seems like they only cleaned my car because nothing was done. I have trailing emails with lack of communication from Renault Paarden Eiland. I am disgusted. I have never been treated like this before from Renault.
