Very BAD Service

I have purchased a vehicle on the 14th of March 2017 at Renault Cape Town, I bought a 2015 Renault Sandero with 21 000km on the clock with Factory Warranty. I was experiencing bad workmanship on the vehicle and I therefore sent the vehicle in to Renault Tableview on the 6th of April 2017, as this Dealership is the nearest to me. I received a phone call from Renault Tableview late that afternoon, stating that the vehicle has been in a major accident and factory warranty is voided and that I am Liable for alll the costs. I contact the Branch Manager of Renault Cape Town on the 7th of April 2017, To inform him that the vehicle has been in an accident and that the Factory Warranty is voided, and his response to me over the phone was,"bull****", its impossible. I had serveral argument with the Branch manager as well as my Sales Consultant regarding this matter. They finally decided to give me a free cortesey vehicle in the mean time for them to solve the problem. On the day of the 11th of April, I was Told by the Branch Manager that they are going to swop the vehicle for another one. I had said that i dont mind that but it need to be checked at a dealership workshop and that i want proof that the vehicle is perfect with no problems. I had taken them more than 2 weeks to solve this and i still had no response from them about my vehicle or anything in fact. I had to go to the Renault Cape Town myself to find out whats going on to find out that no one at that dealership know whats happening and all they can sayh is that the car is at workshop. Yesterday, 20th of April2017, I demanded my money back, of which the Branch Manager rose his tone and voice at me and my Mother by swearing at us. Who does he think he is to speak to a woman badly?! I have proof of reports and photographs taken on my vehicle while it was at agents as well as a report from a third party (Panel Beating Company).

This is not acceptable! The manner of which they have delt with the situation and the bad business ethics. I have never had any issues with Renault elsewhere until I met this guys. It is very sad to say that these poeple are not honest to you when you are purchasing a vehicle and have the decency to lie to your face. Its very Disappointing. I will not recommend anyone to this Brach as the service is "****", pardon my French.
