Vehicle service

I write this with such hert and with so much disgust with the service I got from Renault Vereeniging.I took my vehicle for service in the morning and I was taken back home by a driver by the name of Lebogang if I'm NT mistaken and who was Sappose to come fetch me again when the vehicle was done.i got a call at 2 That my vehicle was done and the driver would fetch me,I waited till 4. I made a call again to Renault Vereeniging to ask about the driver and I was told he was on the way to fetch me,after five I make a call again I get told the garage is closed and I can't get the vehicle anymore and that they don't have drivers.its now half past 8 At night and I get told by Biaca that she spoke to the manager and they don't have drivers I need to find my means to come fetch the vehicle there cause I'm the one that needs the vehicle.i had to now pay someone at night to fetch my vehicle that was now left at the gate with the security while they are sitting comfortable at home at night.no one there to even apologise the right way about all this.My main problem now is if the manager even knows about it and still feels it's NT a big problem because it's not his vehicle and not even his problem I guess
