UTTERLY DISSAPOINTED AND DISGRUNTLED

We took our car to DTM Renault in Strand for a repair of no more than R5000.00. Our car came out with almost R12 000.00 worth of damage. A guy selling sandwiches to their staff apparently knocked our car (that is what they say as we were not there and there is no cameras)after our car was fixed but before they contacted us to collect it . Note that they have 3 signs saying NO HAWKERS! The refuse to take responsibility and repair my car and straight out said i should claim it from my insurance if i have insurance. Besides the damages their customer service was appalling and they way they handled the matter was not customer orientated. They insulted me, my employer, my intelligence and belittled me. They took my car to a panel beater without my permission on my petrol for a quote. When i asked them about it they held out a R50.00 to me as to say take the money and go. I was also told that i have a bogus attorney and they doubt they will receive correspondence from him. They did not apologise for any inconvenience cause or even tried to meet me half way with repairing my car. I will never ever do business with them again and if you reading this do, please be aware of the risk involved
