Urgent assistance needed

I am very frustrated at the moment, I called Renault Tableview in Cape Town this morning and i was promised a call back which I never received. I believe they offer poor service and not respecting their customers, how busy can they be not to call me back by now. Whenever i have to deal with Renault it is never a smooth, happy process it is always frustrating and long. My car is making a funny noise i'm assuming the exhaust is faulty AGAIN, i recognize the sound since i have multiple exhaust issues. I asking for assistance with proper service for the car that I pay every month. The Renault Kwid I bought it because I loved the car however I am regretting the decision.
