Unsolicited spam sms's from Renault Germiston

I've never been a customer of Renault Germiston, nor have I given consent to market. Why are they sending me unsolicited spam sms's for vehicle deals? Also, according to CPA, it is my legal right to know where you got my number from, please provide specifics thereof. Please answer on this platform
