I informed Renault when booking in my car for a service that the fuel flap mechanism was working and had to manually open the flap in order to not run out of fuel. I was told that it wasn't covered under warranty, because there was scratches on the flap. I used card to try open the flap as there was no other way. I was told that I should have called Roadside assistance in tow the vehicle to Renault. This is the first time I hears that I had roadside assistance... Secondly, they don't keep the part, which means I would be without a vehicle for at least 3 days! This ridiculous!!!!
