UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE RENAULT TABLE VIEW

I hereby would like to the following concerns to your attention:

1 I purchased a Renault Kiger on 11May 2024 from your dealership in Table View 2. On 22 May 2024 I reported to Romano that there is a funny noise on the car's fan belt as well a shudder on the car when I'm driving. 3. I then had to drop the car on 10 June 2024 at the dealership and to be inspected. 4. On 13June 2024 Jason Kettle came back and said that there is no fault on the car, no fan belt problem or shudder on the car. He furthermore asked ne to drive the car and check again if I find any fault on the car, which I did. 5. I was without transportation from 10 to 13 June and I had to pay for lifts to and from work. 6. On 14 Jue 2024 I called Jason to inform him that the fault is still on the car. I was then asked to bring back the car to the dealership for inspection. I then dropped my car again and got a Kwid as a courtesy car. 7.I was informed then by Tammy , the dealer principal, that the fanbelt has replaced. on 20 June. Tammy also mentioned to m that the fanbelt has never been replaced. 8 tammy informed me that the car's us port had to be replaced and that part must still be delivered to the dealership. This was ten fixed and replaced. 8. I was then called by Tammy and she said that my car is ready for collection. On 28 June I collected my car, On the very same day she said that she would never sell a car for the condition it was in, quite a few scratches and that the car needed a full spray job. 9. I took the car back on 1 July and Tammy took the car from me for further work on the car. 10. On 2 July a lady dropped the car at my workplace. She then informed me that they could do a refinance for me on another car, which I'm not eager to do as it would impact my financial status, meaning a higher monthly instalment.

Proposed Solution I propose a refinance on the new car, but at the premium as I have now and a full maintenance plan on the car for five years.

Or a new car given to me as per the law, but at the same price I bought my car for.
