Unprofessional

If I could give this branch zero stars, I would. My experience took a serious turn after I brought my car in for a service a few weeks ago. A few days later, when I started my Renault to go to the gym, an “Engine Failure” warning appeared. I immediately contacted the Clearwater branch and was informed that the technician was on leave. I was advised that I could tow the car in, but it would remain parked over the long weekend. I therefore opted to have it towed in on Tuesday the following week, expecting that it would be inspected sometime during that week. Unfortunately, there was no communication from their side for the entire week or over the weekend. Despite my repeated follow‑up calls, I was told that the technician was either on training or unavailable. To make matters worse, when I eventually collected my car yesterday, it had been parked outside and was dirty and muddy. Most disappointing is that no one took accountability for why my car displayed an engine failure shortly after being serviced. I incurred towing costs, my vehicle was left unattended outdoors, and the issue was still unresolved. My concerns were dismissed as if I were not a paying customer. This level of service is unacceptable, and I will never return to this branch.
