Unpaid Spotter Fee

I recently referred Neo, to purchase a vehicle through Renault Bryanston. The Sales lady is, Tanneth Kieck, who together with Mr. Bradley Prentis promised me a payment( Spotter Fee) of a minimum of R500.00 upon the successful sale. Te sale was successful. I submitted all details for the payment on the 21st February 2020 to which Bradley promised to confirm receipt of my mail. Bradley further promised to make the payment on Monday the 24th February 2020 on the telecom when he called me on the 21st Feb. to explain the processes but had not contacted me or made the payment. It's is disappointing because this issue was supposed to be resolved by 10th Feb 2020 already. I am not referring anyone to that Dealership ever.
