unpaid fee

i bought a renault Clio4 in Dec 2014, the deal went smooth and i was happy with the customers service, i <br> <br> then reffered a colleaque of Mine Lerato Mokhooea who bought her renault Clio4 on 28.07.2015 the deal was finalised on 01.08.2015. Jolandi then promised me a spotters fee on 31.08.2015 and also asked me to send my banking details, which i did send.<br> <br> A month went by without payment into my bank account i then sent her a watsaap and email and she made a broken promise again to pay within the next two weeks and to my suprise still nothing. Again i sent a message to her and she promised again to payout on 09.10.2015 and to this date i still have not been paid my spotters fee as i deserve.<br> <br> I am truly dissapointed on customers service from Jolandi and i require my spotters fee as promised.
