Unobtainable parts

<p>I had an accident in the beginning of July and a order for parts from Renault was put through on the 16th of July and they said the parts were on back order and only expected on the 12th of August. Come 12 August I get another email saying the parts are still on back order and now it's been over a month and I have no alternate mode of transportation and when I called customer service they refused to provide me with a courtesy car.</p>
