Unhappy with Renault South Africa

Good day My name is Dualyn Coetzee , I drive a 2020 Renault duster 1.5 techroad. 79097 km full service history. The car broke down cambelt broke and was moved by renault roadside assistance to the nearest dealership, which was middelburg mp. How ever I had to get my self and my family home at my own cost. The car is now standing for 22 days and Renault SA can not supply the dealership with spares. Every day we enquire the dealership would say that we are still waiting for spares. Renault south africa cannot supply spares for a vehicle under warantee.
