Unhappy customer with Renault kiger that I bought on the 27th of March at bidvest maccarthy kingsmead durban,in just one week of using it, it just overheated and it was towed to uMhlanga renault, when calling them they're saying they are communicating with my dealership,on the other hand the dealership is not helping me at all. Right now they are running away from me if I need an update, they keep on promising me a courtesy car but they keep on changing stories when it time to arrange it for me. At the moment I'm stucked,I'm unable even to run business coz I'm working with a car. Please intervene, I'm now tired of talking one a same thing everyday with no way forward, this is so draining and frustrating.
