Unhappy customer

<p>I own a Renault clio 4 be having problems with gearbox since about 1 year after buying it. 2 years later still having problems. Eventually I got then to replace the gearbox only to find out that they replaced it with a reconditioned gearbox. Can anyone tell me if this is right that a vehicle that is 3 years old and still under warranty get second hand replacement parts. </p>
