Unhappy clients

The brand new car that I only driven for 19 Months, still under warranty, They told me that my car have a warranty, a cooling fan broke one blade, and caused damage to the radiator, they told me than a stone went/Short underneath the straight to the fan, then when I called the second time they told me a foreign object caused that and the warranty doesn't cover that, so since something can jump to the engine just like that, are we really safe to drive those Renault Triber cars? Are the're cars fit to be driven in our dusty road at our location? It means I shouldn't drive the car in the location. I'll be a fool to buy or recommend someone to buy the Renault product again. They come up with stories to make sure that they don't fix the problem.
